What worked, what didn’t, and how we scaled without content or a personal brand

We built a $1M/year company in 42 days.

No viral threads.

No content engine.

No ads.

No hype.

Just a product that solved a real problem and a distribution strategy that worked.

2024 has been the year of quiet execution and now we’re starting to share more again.

Quietly Scaling

The last couple of months have been heads-down.

We’ve been building and refining, launching products, and dialling in our systems

One of our most recent companies went from $0 to $1M/year in 42 days purely through our internal growth engine.

The funny thing is we use our own agents to get us more customers.

That momentum has allowed us to scale the team to 15 full-time people; lean, fast, and focused.

And this is just one part of a bigger plan.

The Portfolio Strategy

What people don't understand about the portfolio approach is that by having products that cross-sell between each other, it increases the LTV per customer.

As such, we want to do one company per distribution lever.

Each company is considered a leaf.

Leading us to have four companies.

Each product follows the same playbook:

  • Ship fast

  • Distribute smarter

  • Scale profitably

The agents do this at scale, leading to unfair distribution.

So far, we’ve stayed profitable from day one, averaging $1M ARR within six months across products, with millions of users already.

And we’re just getting started.
